1. The party concerned has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or nonexistence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in legible form.
2. The party concerned has the right to obtain indication:
a) of the origin of the personal data;
b) of the processing purposes and methods;
c) of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identifying details of the data controller, supervisors, and representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the parties or categories of parties to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may come to know them in their capacity as the designated representative for the national territory, supervisors, or persons in charge.
3. The party concerned has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, correction or, if and when he/she so wishes, completion of the data;
b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, including those which it is not necessary to keep in relation to the purposes for which the data have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) the proof that the operations stated under a) and b) have been made known, also with regard to their contents, to those to whom the data were disclosed or disseminated, except for those cases where such a measure proves impossible or entails a use of resources clearly disproportional to the right protected.
4. The party concerned has the right to object, totally or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of his/her personal data, even though they are pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of his/her personal data for the purposes of sending advertising or direct selling materials, conducting market research, or making commercial communications.
